These terms govern your use of Eyeline, a Jiyu Technology product, including its optional ChatGPT speech-coaching workflow.

Using Eyeline
You may use Eyeline for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for your scripts, recordings, permissions, factual claims, and compliance with laws or obligations that apply to your speech.
Optional AI assistance
The Improve with ChatGPT feature is optional and requires access to ChatGPT. OpenAI’s terms and account limits apply to activity inside ChatGPT. AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review every proposed edit, cue, timing estimate, and coaching note before relying on it.
Your content
You retain your rights in your script and recordings. You give Eyeline permission to process content only as needed to provide features you choose, including the temporary ChatGPT handoff described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to provide the content you submit.
Availability and changes
Eyeline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, particularly beta features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific speaking duration, recording quality, or a particular outcome from a speech.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, access another person’s handoff, introduce malicious material, or use Eyeline to violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
